From the dashboard, click "Add Your First Client" (or use the "Load Demo Data" button to see the platform in action with sample data). Enter the client name, your role (e.g., Fractional CFO), contracted hours per month, and billing rate. This creates the engagement workspace.
The main dashboard shows all your clients at a glance — health scores, hours logged vs contracted, upcoming renewals, and at-risk deliverables. Click any client card to enter their workspace.
Use the left sidebar to switch between clients. The top bar shows your global stats. The action bar lets you add clients, generate reports, or open settings from anywhere.
