THE NOTION CHALLENGE

Client documentation scattered across workspaces

Most fractional executives inherit a mess: each client has a Notion workspace full of docs, wikis, and project databases — and figuring out what you actually have access to means digging through it by hand.

Fraxo's Notion integration connects each client's workspace via an internal integration token. Once connected, you can see at a glance how many pages and databases are shared — a real measure of documentation access and engagement maturity.

Everything is scoped to whatever the client shares with the integration. Nothing more, nothing less.

CONNECTED DATA

What you can pull from Notion

Shared Pages

Count of pages shared with the integration — a quick gauge of how much documentation you can actually see.

Shared Databases

Databases shared with the integration — project trackers, content calendars, CRM tables.

Access Verification

Confirm the connection is live and scoped correctly instead of discovering a broken integration mid-engagement.

AI-Powered Insights

Notion access metrics combine with deliverables and hours in Fraxo's AI insights to assess documentation health.

Encrypted Tokens

Integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and used only for that client's data.

One-Click Disconnect

Clients control sharing from their Notion workspace and can revoke the integration at any time.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect in under two minutes

Step 1: In the client workspace, open Integrations and select Notion.

Step 2: The client creates an internal integration at notion.so/my-integrations, copies the secret, and shares the relevant pages/databases with it.

Step 3: Paste the token into Fraxo. It's verified, encrypted, and the workspace overview appears in the client dashboard.

Fraxo only sees what the client explicitly shares with the integration — least-privilege by design.
