By creating an account or using Fraxo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including fractional executives, their clients, and any team members with access to a Fraxo account.
Fraxo is a cloud-based platform for fractional executives to manage client engagements, track time, create deliverables, connect third-party business tools, and generate AI-powered reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including client information, deliverables, time logs, and uploaded files. You grant Fraxo a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
You authorize Fraxo to access third-party services on your behalf when you connect an integration. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant this access. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
Fraxo uses Claude AI by Anthropic to generate session summaries and client reports. These are generated from your actual data and activity logs. AI-generated content should be reviewed before sending to clients. Fraxo is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, to reverse-engineer the platform, to resell access to the Service without authorization, or to use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you request immediate deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, New York.
