From the dashboard, click "Add Your First Client." Enter the client name, select your fractional role (CFO, CMO, COO, CTO, or CHRO), set contracted hours per month, hourly rate, start date, and renewal date. The role determines which KPIs and integration recommendations appear automatically.

Yes. On the dashboard empty state, click "Load Demo Data." This seeds 5 sample clients across all roles with deliverables, time logs, CRM contacts, deals, invoices, KPIs, and activity events. Use this to explore every feature before committing your own data.

Every new account gets 14 days of full access to all features — no credit card required. After 14 days, you can choose a paid plan or your account will be downgraded to read-only. You can upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing.

Use the left sidebar to switch between client workspaces. The main dashboard shows all clients at a glance. Click any client card to open their full workspace with tabs for Overview, Deliverables, Projects, Goals, CRM, Time Log, Invoices, Portal, and Integrations.
